I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with an incredible view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The room was lovely, but no breakfast included. The service was exceptional, especially with special arrangements made for breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring Bristol, set in a quiet area with a marvelous view. The dining experience could be improved, but the facilities were great overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's location is just perfect, perched high above the river with a marvelous view of the suspension bridge. The service was exceptional, especially Liberty in the dining room who went above and beyond to make our meal special. However, the lack of cleaning staff availability was a bit concerning. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
